3 Main Sessions

  • A man in a maroon shirt standing and speaking to a large group of seated young people indoors. The room has a dark ceiling with circular light fixtures, and a wall with a football team logo on the left. A television screen on the right displays text that says 'What is Family?'

    FAMILY NIGHT

This is our foundation session. This session will help students conceptualize what “Family” means to them as a team, build trust through teaching & practical exercises, and lastly deepen relationships through meaningful deposits.

  • A classroom or seminar room with adult students seated in red chairs, paying attention to a young woman standing and speaking. The speaker is wearing a blue and white sports jersey. The room has dark blue walls, a ceiling-mounted projector, and fluorescent lighting.

    FAMILY TRUST

This is our trust building deep dive. In this session, we teach about how to build trust in depth. We also create a safe & intentional space for students to practice trust, establish relational boundaries, and further deepen relationships with teammates & coaches.

  • FAMILY DRAMA

The full focus of this session is how to deal with conflict within your family culture. We focus on how to have “hard” conversations, how to effectively apologize, how to forgive, and how to stand together through adversity.

Life Groups

We help facilitate coaching staff lead group discussions designed to deepen relationships, build trust, and forge lasting bonds.

“Everything from family, loyalty, and trust was hit on perfectly. The banking analogy was perfect. You have no idea how much “Family Night” opened my eyes.”
